Whenever I send a Postale, it postmarks it with the town next to me. What gives?
Postale uses your current location with Google's database of the names of cities and towns. If you live close the edge of a town, there's a chance that Postale may retreive a nearby town. Postale tries to be as accurate as possible, but sometimes things go wrong.
Why is the image in the email I sent or received so tiny?
If the Postale email was sent with a version of iOS before version 5.0, the email displays the image as though it were only 320 pixels wide. Unfortunately, that is a restriction placed by Apple on the software, so there isn't much we can do about the display with in th email.
But don't worry! The full 1024 pixel wide image IS attached. Depending on the email client, they may need to save the attachment to their desktop and then open it to view it full size. Some email clients will allow the user to simply double-click on the image to view it full size.
FINALLY, good news for devices running iOS 5.0! The full-size image should now display properly when received on any email client!
